Scheduled Visitations

This scheduling allows for 10 family members to be at the funeral home and receive 15 people at a time a half hour period. There is 15 minutes between visitations, which allows for the funeral home staff to disinfect the space and accommodate individuals who might arrive late or early.

When entering the funeral home, those -who are able- are kindly asked to wear a mask (masks are available at the front door for those who need one).

All who enter will be asked to use the hand sanitizer.

When arranging funerals with a family who request visiting, they will be given the following time slot options (see below). They may choose an all-day visiting or afternoon and evening or just evening; depending on how many people they are attempting to accommodate.

Once visitation day(s) are made public, friends are invited to the call the funeral home (519-284-2820) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or register through the funeral home website.

If visitations have been set up for morning, afternoon and evening for example, the funeral home staff will ask the caller if they have a time of day preference. They will then be given the visiting time. The caller will be asked for the names of people attending and phone number(s). The reason for this is to also create a contact tracing list, should anyone later test positive for COVID-19.

If a visitation begins on a Thursday for example, the public will be asked to call in by the end of day on Wednesday. That way we can communicate with the family if any time of day periods have not been scheduled.
