Marti and Ron took great care of us in their home(Ryan residential home). It was very kind of them to open up their home and lives to us and have us live there with them. Marti was very understanding and loving. She was like a mother to me and also a friend. I have many fond memories of that time. They took us up to Muskoka on holidays and many other things, keeping us busy doing things because Marti was always looking out for us and had our best interest in mind. She was supportive and encouraging us to succeed. I am thankful to God for Marti, Ron, Kelly, Dan, Sue, Grant, Jeff, the Ryan, Barton, and Middleton family. God bless you, comfort you, and be your strong tower in this time of loss and always.

My condolences. Marti was in my class in high school and she worked 7 days out of 14 opposite the 7 Sheila worked. They had many phone calls on days they were starting after the other one had worked for a few days. Many memories.

Our thoughts to Kelly, Dan and family. I worked with Marti at SMMH. We had a lot of good times. She was caring to her patients and co-workers. When she did touch therapy I was a client and when I needed her help she was there.

Shocked to hear of Marti's passing She and I were in the same grade in highschool and during play off season for the Lincolns we often talked our parents into letting us skip school so we could go with them to an out of town playoff game.. She sure loved those "Lincolns" and in particular one certain fellow on the team. My sympathy is extended to her family. Sincerely Paula McMurray-Hoare
