Sending my condolences to Emerson's family. He was head of the maintenance department at
St Marys Cement when I started in maintenance. Last I saw him he was out for a drive one Sunday
6 or 7 years ago and he stopped in and we had a good chat. RIP old friend.

Dear Nora & family
It has been a delight to have Emerson as our neighbour . So many wonderful memories . He grew the BEST Bonnie Best tomatoes and grew red geraniums that were very “ showy “ . He enjoyed coming over and sitting on our deck to view his backyard to see if anything needed attention over there on his property … always good to see things from a different angle ! Emerson enjoyed the summer sun , he would say to Mike “ You’re as brown as a berry “… that meant you looked healthy . We enjoyed many years of watching him putter away giving great attention and detail to his projects … they were always well thought out .
Rest in Peace Emerson
Kind thoughts …
Michael & Kathy

We were deeply saddened when we heard of the passing of Emerson. He was a wonderful uncle, always had a great sense of humour and enjoyed everyday to its fullest. He helped our Mom many times whenever necessary. We are so grateful to have had Emerson in our family, in our lives and he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers to Aunt Nora, cousins Barb, Nancy, Barry and Dennis.

I lived across the street from Emerson and Nora for 66 years, my wife Nancy & I for 42 years. There were alot of friendly curbside conversations over the years. If Emerson was not spending time with his family, he was likely grooming the lawn, tending to his garden or working on a vehicle.
Nora, Dennis, Barry, Nancy, Barb and families, you are all in our thoughts at this time - Emerson will be remembered as "one of the good guys".

We are saddened to read of Emerson passing. He was a very kind and friendly man to all of us when we were teenagers- he tolerated a lot of shenanigans and mostly laughed at the nonsense. Thinking of you all. David and Catherine Paul
