Wendy and I were saddened to hear about Leo’s passing. He will be missed by his family and our community. Leo was so proud of his children and always spoke proudly about their achievements. He was active in our town and was a force in our
community theatre programme where he excelled at any role that involved singing!
We have fond memories of Leo plying slow pitch, cross country skiing and attending out of town theatre productions.
Our sincere condolences to Helena, Cindy, Kim, Mark and extended family members.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Leo..aka Mr. Turner. As a principal, he was fair and kind, and in later years we sang together for many years in the Contemporary Choir at Holy Name. I know Helena, Cindy, Mark, Kim and their families will have many good memories to hold onto.

To Helena, Alison and the rest of Leo's Family: I got to know Leo during various productions of the St. Marys Community Players where I performed alongside him over several years. Leo was a real gentleman, and had a great sense of humor, it was a honor to know him and work with him. May the memories of time spent with Leo be a comfort to you all now during this difficult time!

We're so sorry to read of Leo's passing. He was great man who, with Helena, raised a wonderful family. I loved his dry sense of humour, his singing and acting and the fact that he too was a die hard Maple Leafs fan. We chatted about their nuances for years.
