McCotter Family,
Condolences on the loss of Dymphna. I always loved chatting with her while working at the Westover and found it impressive that she took her time to take me to a political candidate rally in Stratford to increase my knowledge. Such wonderful memories of a lovely lady.

Cathy was a good friend and colleague. We both taught at St.Mike's when it was still located on Grange Street. As well, we both were firm supporters of the OECTA Association, spending many nights collaborating during meetings and contract negotiations. Cathy was a no-nonsense person who approached life head on based on firm, logical and ethical beliefs. Many a serious situation was lightened with her sharp sense of humour that found reflection in her mischievous Irish eyes.
I value and hold dear the memories of times spent together. Rest in peace my cherished friend.
Till we meet again.

I had the pleasure of having "Mrs. McCotter" as my teacher in both Grade 7 and 8. She was a strict and no nonsense teacher, but allowed you to grow and spent the extra time/effort with you to become a better student. Fond memories of knowing her throughout my Grade school days. One of the best!!!

Mrs. McCotter taught our oldest son Joshua Kelly. We always respected her ability to bring out the best in her students. She was direct, had clear expectations and was devoted to her students. When we would meet long after Joshua had graduated, she never failed to ask about his wellbeing. Condolences to the McCotter family.

Sincere condolences to the entire McCotter family. Such a beautifully written dedication to your Mother. I got to know slightly when I owned the store. She brought in her sister visiting from Ireland. I truly admired her. There is a special place in heaven for a woman who raises four boys. May she rest in peace.

There is nothing like a lad’s devotion, dedication and love for their Mother. The McCotter boys showed a cornucopia of caring evident to their community in St. Marys, and further wonderful ties to their family roots in Ireland. ‘ All’ with parents still living can take the example here, gather some inspiration, not just expressing your love to a parent but be involved in the sunset years of their lives … like the McCotter boys did on a daily basis.
In retrospect as witnesses to this through the years
and now in reflection on the loss, thank you.
The Eedy family.

Stephen, Damien, Kevin and Niall, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. Your Mom played a very important role in my life. She taught me a lot about being a "small but mighty" Mother. I have so many memories of sitting in the lounge having fabulous political discussions, her visiting me when the computer system went down and I will always remember the day that together, we served Mother's Day Brunch. Her love and dedication to her family was unshakable and inspiring. Thank you Mrs. McCotter for all you did and all you that you taught me. Rest in Peace. With Love and Gratitude, Julie
