Obituary of Gerald Richard Forth

Gerry passed away in his 88th year peacefully at Parkwood, London on April 11th, 2025. Predeceased by mother Edith and father Ross, younger brother Doug (Micheline), wife Sylvia and daughter Debbie (Mark).

Survived by sister Joan (Ross, deceased), daughter Angela (Bill), grandchildren Chelsea (Riley) and Michael (Jessica), and great-grandchildren Isla and Tucker. Beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, husband, father, father-in law, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. 

Gerry was born in Waterdown, Ontario where he began his career of many years with the Royal Bank of Canada. He enjoyed travel to Myrtle Beach, Nashville, Bermuda, and many cruises with family and friends over the years. An avid baseball player, coach and golfer. He enjoyed watching all sports including his favourite teams Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs. 

A special thank you to Parkwood Palliative care unit, nursing staff Linda, Jennifer, Anna, Vicki and PSW Susan. 

Cremation has taken place, private family service only, and a celebration of life to follow.
