Obituary of Denise Elnora Bailey

Denise Elnora Bailey (Patterson, nee Cole) passed away on April 25, 2025 at Sakura House in Woodstock at the age of 86.

Predeceased by her husband Ronald Thomas Bailey (2022), sister-in-law Audrey Jessie Cole (2021) and daughter Mary Margaret Patterson (1984).

She is survived by her brother William Elmer Cole, twin daughters Joan Patterson (Frank Winters) and Judi Richardson (Dan), step-children Larry Bailey (Lorna), Bonnie Bailey, Lori Hunter (Jim), Ronnie Bailey (Jan White) (Carrie Bailey), 13 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, and 8 Great-Greatgrandchildren.

Thank you to all of the staff and volunteers at Sakura House for their kindness and compassion in caring for our Mom. 

Visitation will be held at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S. St. Marys on Tuesday, Apr. 29^th, from 7 – 9 pm and on Wednesday, Apr. 30^th from 10 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 am. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery.
