There are two entrance doors at the funeral home.
- The door facing Wellington St. 
- The Entrance door off of the porch on the North side of the building

For visitations:

There is a parking lot on the South side of the building with additional parking on the North side in the half circle driveway
and street parking on Wellington St. S., Jones St. E and in the municipal parking lots off of Jones St. and near the Canadian Tire.

Accessible entrance location:
The wheelchair ramp is located at the Northeast corner of the building.

For funerals when there will be a procession to a cemetery:

- vehicles are lined up starting on the North side of the building facing Wellington St.
