Obituary of Butch Hammond

Butch Hammond passed away at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017 at the age of 70.Husband of Bonnie (Stinson). Father of Terri Lynn, and Jody and Terry Overholt. Grandfather of Sammy, Joey, Brooke and Drew. Brother of Marg and George Hogg (deceased), Marlene and George Hayes, brother-in-law of Cathy and Dave Palmer and Judy and David Webb. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Butch’s family would like to sincerely thank the paramedics, nursing and medical staff at St. Marys Memorial Hospital for their wonderful care.Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place in St. Marys Cemetery at a later date.Friends are invited to Jody and Terry's house, 1988 Rd. 125 A, St. Marys on Nov. 24 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. for a time of remembrance.Memorial donations may be made to the St. Marys Memorial Hospital Foundation or the War Amps.
