Obituary of Doris Belle Batten

Doris Belle Batten passed away peacefully at Kingsway Lodge, St. Marys on January 26, 2018 in her 95th year.Beloved wife of the late George Batten (2004). Loving mother of James (1998), Joan Teahen (Frank), Charles (Mary), David (Linda), Glenn (Allison), and Ralph (Guylaine). Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Dear sister of Donald Wilson (Jean) and sister-in- law of Robert Sayles. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Ada Wilson, brother Jack (Marion), and sisters Marjorie (Allan) and Grace.She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A special thank you to the caring staff at Kingsway Lodge.The Celebration of Life is to be held on Saturday, April 14th at the Friendship Centre, 317 James St. S. St. Marys, Open house from 2-4 PM.In her memory donations may be made to St. Marys United Church or the St. Marys Memorial Hospital Foundation.Arrangements entrusted to the Andrew L.
