Obituary of John Joseph O’Drowsky

The family of John O’Drowsky sadly announce the passing of their father at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on Jan. 20, 2018.He was the loving husband of the late Virginia (2005) and loving father to Greg (Mary), Brian, Patrick (Kathy) and Lisa. Grandfather to Scott, Mike, Mieka (Tim), Erin, Kirsten (special friend Derek), Brett (special friend Kelly), Gillian (Dirk) and Meghan (Chris).Funeral Mass at HOLY NAME OF MARY PARISH, Northeast corner of Peel St. N. and Widder St. E., on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Father Philip Joseph celebrant. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Community Hall at the St. Marys Pyramid Recreation Centre, 317 James St. S.There will also be a Celebration of John’s Life at a later date.Dad was a lifelong friend and supporter of the St. Marys Memorial Hospital and St. Marys Public Library, as expression of sympathy, donations to either charity or to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
