I had the pleasure and privilege of working with George at John Labatt Limited in the 70's and 80's. His career accomplishments speak for themselves. He was one of the great executives of his generation. What I will remember about George is the humor and warmth he brought to his work and that his success never changed his great personality. There was not an ounce of pretension in the guy. My condolences to Nancy and the family. He will be sorely missed.

Condolence from Geoff and Marisa Foster I met George Taylor for the first time in 1983 when I was transferred to London from New York in my banking career with CIBC. One event that I clearly remember is having received a telephone call from him and being told that in his capacity as Chair of Fundraising during Victoria Hospital’s major facility expansion program he was appointing me to assist in raising corporate donations. Pleased to say that our target set was achieved. I can only describe George Taylor as a 24/7 business dynamo in pursuing and achieving his many and extended responsibilities. A generous and kind gentleman and I wish to express my deepest sympathy at his passing to his wife and extended family. May he rest in peace Geoff and Marisa Foster
