Obituary of Jim Swan

Jim Swan passed away at Wildwood Care Centre in St. Marys on Sept 22, 2018, eight days after his 84th birthday.Father of Karen St. Pierre (Robert) and survived by three grandchildren Christina St. Pierre, Michelle Lundrigan (Greg), Ryan St. Pierre (Krista) and seven great-grandchildren Jenna, Julia, Marcel, Megan, Tasha, Ivy, and Stella. Brother Roy Swan (Maureen), sister Dorothy Bailey, several nieces and nephews and remembered by his first wife Terry Swan. Predeceased by his parents William and Vera Swan, brothers Bruce Swan, Don Swan, and sisters Betty North, Rita Corrie and Leona Doupe.Jim was the retired caretaker of the St. Marys Cemetery, faithful member of Alcoholics Anonymous for over 49 years and a dedicated member of the St. Marys ANAF, St. Marys Legion.His family wishes to sincerely thank all the staff at Wildwood Care Centre and Doctors Johnson, Foster and Osmond.Cremation to take place.Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
