Gabrielle Kauffman posted a condolence
Our condolences. My mom, Margaret Kauffman (DeMunck) was just reminiscing about Peggy who came to Canada with her on the boat in 59, and her sister Beppy. Margaret says they had lots of fun together in the early days. She would love to hear from Peggy and regrets not keeping in better touch. gkstoneware@gmail.com

My heartfelt condolences to all of you. I have so many memories of Beppy and her huge heart for others. Always concerned about the people who worked at Damiens and our families. It was after a hurricane in Haiti when she just wanted to help and the plan for the first Haitian dinner was hatched. That was Beppy. A smile and a kind word for everyone. Hugs to you all at this sad time.

Joseph Meuleman posted a condolence
Bep was part of the Meuleman-Verhey family from the earliest days. Our mother, Johanna, served with her family in the 30's when Bep was born and, at the end of the war, she spent time with our family in Zeddam, Netherland, She was probably my first babysitter! Our mother always regarded her as another daughter in our family. The connection with Sue and riding only strengthened the bond. My sincere condolences, on my behalf and all of the Meuleman family for Ben, Susan and Burt and all of the de Munck family members.
