Obituary of Alice Marion Cubberley

Alice Marion Cubberley (Knowles) passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday, October 7, 2016 in her 83rd year, following a brief battle with lung cancer.There will not be any visitation because Alice had a wonderful, well-attended, Celebration of Life Jamboree on September 18, 2016. A private, immediate-family only service will be held. .Alice was predeceased by her husband George Richard Cubberley, February 1997.Alice leaves a wonderful life partner, Jim Swan, and a legacy of family including six children, 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, a special niece, Sylvia Boyd, and wonderful friends and neighbours.Karen Moffatt and Bill; Jason and Sheila; Tracie Shrubsole and Robb and Sophie and Emily.
