Stephen “Papa Steve” James Drouillard, passed away at St. Marys Memorial Hospital, with his family at his side, on Dec. 23, 2017 at the age of 81.Steve was a Signal Supervisor with CNR for almost 40 years and member of the St. Marys ANAF Unit 265.
