James Tuck posted a condolence
To Jocelyne and family - I had the pleasure of working with Bill on various projects over the last 13+ years. I was saddened to hear first of his diagnosis and now his passing. Besides our working relationship, I am forever grateful for the opportunity he gave me to sail with him in the Grenadines back in 2015. I also enjoyed our many chats about military history over the years. Rest in peace Bill. James Tuck

My sincere condolences to Bill's family and friends. I had the pleasure to work at Burlington Health Foods for 14 years where I would see Bill on a regular basis. I came to know that beneath a sometimes curmudgeonly exterior, he was a very kind and generous employer and a loving and devoted father and grandfather.

The first health food experience of my life was riding my bike to Burlington Health Foods when I was 15, to purchase my first can of protein powder. I was always quite tickled that Bill and I ended up having a 30+ year business relationship. I found it flattering that Bill was interested in being my friend. He was typically the wittiest and wisest person in the room, so being on Team Bill was always a treat. And nothing felt better than getting the invite to join him in Italy. I'm blessed with a hundred wonderful memories from those trips. I'll be raising a glass of limoncello in Bill's honor later tonight.
