Obituary of Paul Marsh

Paul Marsh, suddenly at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on January 9, 2017 at the age of 75.Long-time employee with Hutton Transport. Loving husband of the late Georgina Melvin (2013). Father of Doug Marsh, Wayne Marsh, Gayle and Brian Sturgeon, Linda Fedyk, Ralph Melvin, and Brent Melvin (Dana). Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren plus 10 great-grandchildren. Brother of Donna Roulston (Doug), Bill Marsh (Judy), Marilyn Marsh, and brother-in-law of Linda. Son of Helen Marsh. Predeceased by his dad Gordon and brother Jim.Paul’s family wish to sincerely thank the paramedics and staff at the St. Marys Memorial Hospital Emergency Department for their valiant efforts and wonderful care. Special thank you to his companion Noreen and close friends Archie and Roberta.Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place with interment in St. Marys Cemetery. An open house visitation will be held at the St. Marys Legion, 66 Church St. N. St. Marys on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 from 1 – 4 p.m. with open mic remembrances at 2 p.m.Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke and Cancer Society.
