I'm so sorry to hear about Bruce. I have many great memories - stories and discussions around the kitchen table, canoes, sailboats ... There is a particularly memorable occasion when Bruce came over to help me stretch the new canvas on an old Chestnut canoe - which led to Bruce and my dad (Allan) sitting in the canoe drinking beer, while the canoe was suspended on ropes between trees. I recall they had to sit quite still because it turns out that canoes are pretty tippy in that circumstance. My condolences to all of you.

My condolences to David, Jeff, Greg and Steven and all of your families. Bruce was a man of so many talents and oh so creative. But most of all he was a good and true friend. I so looked forward to visits with him, both here on the farm and in various coffee shops and finally at Kingsway where he sure enjoyed those Amish donuts. I have a picture of Bruce and I sitting in a canoe having a beer. The canoe was stretched between 2 trees inside a canvass cover. Bruce and I were stretching the canvas so Bill could staple it on to the canoe. Bruce, good bye dear friend. Travel well to that good place you are going, we will remember you. Allan Slater

My condolences to David, Jeff, Greg, Steven and families. Bruce always had an interest in so many areas and thus was so easy to chat with. He will be missed by many in St. Marys and beyond. I miss my weekly drop-ins at the Taylor household and brief "hellos" to Barb and Bruce (and a quick update on what all o you were doing), as I dropped off the weekly bag of vegetables. Take care and I hope you have been able to find opportunities to visit him over the past year.

To the Taylor Family: Very sorry to learn of Bruce's passing. Will always have fond memories of him coaching me in hockey, to our discussions about the Appraisal business. I know the past few years have been difficult for you and him, but he is now at rest. Another St. Marys "great" is gone!
