Cindy and Brian Larsen Quehls restaurant Tavistock Herb was not only a customer but a true friend. He would always find comforting words while our business was confronted with the pandemic. To see a man at his age, enduring his cancer treatments, and still driving out at least every other day for meals, was a source of inspiration for us all as we tackle daily hurdles that now seem a far less struggle than what Herb was faced with. He is missed dearly.

My deepest sympathy to the Brown family. Herb was one of my many favorite customers at TSC Stores in Stratford for many years. Once I left he found me at No Frills in Stratford and we kept up with the many changes in farming. Cherish those memories and will always remember him. Thoughts and prayers to you all.

Herb was certainly a Motherwell character and was an active part in the community till the end Loved meeting and greeting people from allover. Donated to the local picnic a fundraiser for the Motherwell church with delicious pies made by the local ladies. Many, many miles where driven by Herb. His wit and twinkle in his eyes were enjoyed by many Sympathy to the related families but also to the extended family , Dolores, Rob Roy and Dwight will miss their friend immensely . sincerely john Holland
