Dear Johnson Family and friends
Sending my condolence for your loss.
George and Doreen were a great neighbor and friends of my parents when they were on the farm on Clarke Road.
He was a kind, hard working man and yes made the best maple syrup.
May he rest in peace.

My condolences to the family. George and Doreen were involved and loving uncle and aunt to their nieces and nephew. They gave of themselves to touch and care for the lives of others. I've been blessed to have known them for a little, all too short while.

George was just a great person, a truly stellar guy. He worked hard and took pride in everything he did and there was absolutely nothing he couldn’t figure out with some engineering. No half measures for him.. but when he took the time to relax, he would sit back, smile wide, offer his hospitality to you, and then maybe even enjoy pouring a ‘red eye’ for himself. I am so thankful to have the memories of many family occasions spent with him and Aunt Dody. He will be missed by not only me, but many others. May he rest in peace.
