Obituary of Sharon Joyce White

Sharon Joyce White passed away at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on February 27, 2023 at the age of 75.

She fought so hard, and was so committed to living. She overcame near death more times than we can count in the last year from pure stubbornness. She was too young to leave this earth. Her rough life never compromised her soft and caring soul. She was a beautiful marriage of compassion and tenacity. We know she feared dying, and dying slowly of cancer was not easy for her. We pray she was able to find peace under the tenderness of our kisses and touch. It was an honour to be able to hold her while she took her last breath. We pray she knew she was never alone, and was so dearly loved. She leaves a legacy of children and grandchildren who love her immensely, and will feel her absence everyday.

Mother of Richard (deceased), Jimmy, Daniel, Connie, Graham (Brenda, deceased), and Julie (Edward, deceased). Sister of Robert (Darcy,), Susan Holiday, Gail McCauley (Kevin), Barb, and David. 

A Funeral Mass will be held at HOLY NAME OF MARY PARISH, Northeast coroner of Widder St. E. and Peel St. N., St. Marys on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 11 a.m.
