Davey wore his heart on his sleeve because it was too big to be contained. He carried me through some of the hardest times of our lives. One of the people I love most in my life. He is missed so deeply. There are many who share in his loss because of who he was.

Dave was a sweet guy. He liked simple things that worked well. He was searcher looking for new pleasures in music and machinery. He was skilled but humble and a genuinely friendly guy. It’s sad that he won’t be biking around town.

Dave, we worked together, and played together, we had some amazing conversations, you enriched my life, your amazing ability to make art from bits and pieces, restored furniture sometimes even salvaged pieces that would otherwise been tossed. We had some fun in the little sailboat at wildwood . You will be missed by many people, Rest in Piece man.

We grew up together. David came to my birthday parties. Even when we weren’t close, I could always count on him for a smile that would brighten my day. He was a deep thinker and we tried our best to make sense of it all. We last connected in 1996 over a coffee. By remembering him, I will help to keep his memory alive. (Christie Hustler)
