To all my cousins.
I have nothing but good memories of Aunt Dawn. How she was a great presence at the family get togethers at the house on the Westway or up at the property south of Owen Sound. Later we would see Dawn at Whitney’s concerts because she liked to hear the vocal performances. One special memory was during one of my golf trips to play with Chuck, Ron and Russell. Dawn called me aside and wanted to give me a table cloth that belonged to Grandmother O’Hearn her and I talked on and on about the O’Hearn family. I think of both Dawn and Grandmother O’Hearn each time we use that table cloth.
We have lost one of the great matriarchs of the O’Hearn Clan.

We only met Dawn when she moved to St Marys and what a wonderful person she was! Well informed and always ready to visit whenever we chanced to meet, she shared a love of reading and we shared books and reviews! And exercise machines! A loss to our community as well as her friends and family. So sorry to see her leave us. xxoo Krys and Paul.

To all of the O'Hearn Family my thoughts and prayers are with you. When Dawn arrived in St. Marys we gained a new tour guide. She loved to "show off" her new Town to all of her visitors. I loved that I was part of the "tour". I am thinking of you all, keep your heart memories close. With Love, Julie

Dawn will be missed by her many friends at the United Church and the St. Marys Museum. She was gracious, friendly, was genuinely interested in other people, and had a lovely sense of humour!
