From Nancy Price ( Hern)… Harry and Clarice’s daughter Dear Verla…. Having only just heard of your sad news, I wanted to express my sympathies to you and the family. How sorry I was to hear Glen had passed. Such fond memories I have of the quartet years while practicing in our home and to see what strong friendships you and Glen had with my parents, who thought so much of the two of you!! What a blessing of brotherhood and friendship those men shared with each other. And now by God’s grace, they are all together again…. one can only imagine the jokes and stories they are telling each other … but singing those melodies is what I will always remember the most and I hope that believing they can now sing forever in harmony to the angels will bring you some comfort for your sadness…..Take care… love Nancy❤️

As I watched the video, I smiled as I saw the very full, well lived life of Glenn as he progressed from a young man with his parents and sister, growing up, and then with Verla his bride, his 3 daughters, and their husbands, then the grandchildren and the greats. Always a big smile on his face. How precious is the scene with Glenn climbing into the combine with a grandson's guiding hand. May each of your special memories lift you up when your heart is heavy. We are never ready to say goodbye!

We met Glen and Verla when lived on the Base Line during the 70’s and 80’s. While walking on their property one day and through the conservation area we came across a small pine tree which we dug up and planted in the back yard of our new home in Woodham. We weren’t home long and got a phone call from Glenn. He said in the kindest way, “do you realize I planted that tree along with several others” ? Although Im sure he was miffed, he told us we could leave it where it was and we promised we would take good care of it. A life well lived. Rest in Peace Glenn. Our condolences to the Copeland Family.
