Dear Megan, Andrew and Families~
Sincere condolences ~ May I say 'thank you' for the delight of knowing Pat Hill, for the many diverse conversations, theological reflections and the joy of swapping grandchildren stories with your fascinating Mother. A woman who was a wise, caring and generous soul with simply the best wit and sense of humour. A great storyteller who graciously invited stories from one and all. May you feel her ongoing love, pride and presence in your lives Always.

I am going to miss this lovely lady who I spent a lot of my time with caring for at Wildwood Care home. She was always asking after my Twins when she saw me & loved a chat. Her love for children shined through. She spoke of her Grandchildren highly & enjoyed telling me regularly how they were doing at school & what they had been up to. Her family was her pride & joy. She also enjoyed her cups of tea I would make her & like to watch her Coronation Street. She loved to smile, laugh & share her funny sense of humour…always a story to share. Full of charm & wit was Pat. It was a pleasure knowing you & Agnes who you shared a room with when I first started. Both wonderful ladies with great sense of humours who will be forever missed by me x

To Megan, Andrew and their families. Condolences on the passing of your mom, For those who knew her she was “mom” to many of us. Whether leading a group of young ladies at the church, sewing costumes for a theatre production or just making sure everyone had enough snacks while at her house her memory lives on fondly with many of us. A great sense of humour, endless generosity, a wonderful person through and through.

Pat was a dear friend to my Mom, Donna Haight. They often planned day trips and group events together. They loved to shop and go to the Stratford Festival.
Our Condolences to Pat’s Family at this time of year. She was a sweet lady and a good neighbour.

So sorry to hear of the passing of my Auntie Pat. Being so far away it is difficult to keep up with everyone and since the loss of my sister Millicent it is even more difficult as she was the glue that kept us together. Sincere condolences to all my Canadian cousins.
Fond regards, Heather Dimond

To Megan, Pat's family and friends: I extend my condolences on the death of Pat. I met her during St. Marys Community Player productions, and got to know her in the productions that Megan worked in with me, and she was well regarded by so many in St. Marys. I continued to correspond with her over Facebook in recent years. Her wisdom, warmth and kindness will be remembered, and she will be missed in the community, the Hospital, the McConnell Club. May your loving memories of time spent with Pat be a comfort to all of you during this difficult time!

To the Hill Family....
It was a pleasure to have known Pat, a very kind and gentle lady. We had been involved with her in the early days of St. Marys Community Players as she helped with costumes and other aspects of the theatre. May your memories bring you peace and comfort in the times ahead. Our condolences to you all.

So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing, Megan. I enjoyed visiting with her at our neighbour’s coffee gatherings. She was SO proud of you and your brother, and was always inquisitive about our children, who you used to babysit many years ago. Despite her health challenges, she was always positive and upbeat. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
