We were so sorry to hear about Lois' passing. A regular shopper in my store, I always admired and appreciated her amazing attitude and perseverance, despite her decline in health. She was always so gracious and appreciative of our business. I have had the pleasure of meeting the girls and her sister. Thinking of you all at this very difficult time. She lived a very full and satisfying life, accomplishing more than most. Her pride in her family shone with our many conversations. She will be missed. With sincere condolences Ken and family. So sorry to hear of Lois’ passing. She was so smart and funny and had such great energy. I can still hear her laughter. She was a very active and valued member of AIAB and a great friend. My condolences to all of her family and friends. Lois- Paddles Up!!!

Barb & Bill Kunz Dear Ken, Sarah, Kendra, Jarryd, Anika, Samantha and Victoria, Our hearts go out to you. We will miss Lois's laughter and stories. I was thinking of all the fun home reno's and crafts that your Mom would be doing. I often asked where does she get all her energy! I recall one time we giggled so hard because she had big plans for when Ken went away for 2 weeks back to Ontario. She installed new flooring, painted, made curtains and I am sure lots of other décor updates. She liked to 'make it happen' without the fuss. Very determined. Lois was always up for an adventure. I'm very sorry to hear of Lois's passing. I had the honour of working with Lois in the early 2000's as a Recruitment Assistant for the Fraser Health Region. She was a great coworker and friend, and I adored her three teenaged (at that time) daughters. A big hug from me to you, girls; I know you lost her too young.
