It was a privilege to know "Betty" Knight. Her presence for many years at our family holiday events brought joy to everyone who met her. I will miss her class and fine wit and her Ginger Snap cookies. Sorry we never got to skydive on your 100th.

I first met Betty when she was a quilting instructor at the Friendship Center. She was very knowledgeable in her craft and spoke easily so as to understand how to proceed. Over the years whenever I had a problem she was always available to help or lend a hand. Our chats about her flower gardens and talks about when she was a young girl were entertaining and enlightening. Her eyes always sparkled when she talked!!! I will miss her greatly.
