Obituary of Margaret Alexander

Margaret Alexander (nee Shirley), passed away suddenly on May 29, 2017.Beloved wife of 30 years to Hubert Alexander. Dear mother of Ruth and Keith Potter, Olive and Steve Hildebrandt, Caroline and Bryan Hackett. Grandmother of Katelyn and Jeff Johnson, Melissa Potter, Kristen Potter and Matthew Sharrow, Jasmine, and Tara Hildebrandt. Great-grandmother of Brooklyn Johnson and Zachary Sharrow. Sister of Edith Shirley (N. Ireland), Ethel and Alan Thompson (N.Ireland). Aunt of Shirley-Anne Thompson, Stephen and Esme Thompson, Kathryn and Paul Moffett (all of N. Ireland). Margaret will be sadly missed by extended family members, friends from the St. Marys community and St. Marys Gospel Hall.Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S. (519-284-2820) on Friday, June 2, from 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Community Hall at the PYRAMID & RECREATION CENTRE, 317 James St. South, St. Marys, on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment following in St. Marys Cemetery.
